HarmoniQ Restorative Solutions (HRS) is a woman-founded, heart-led conflict management consulting firm dedicated to transforming the culture of conflict in modern organizations. We specialize in restorative, human-centered approaches that help businesses move from tension cycles to transformation pathways. Our philosophy is grounded in compassion, emotional intelligence, spiritual wisdom, and therapeutic insight, assisting organizations to navigate the root of interpersonal friction and transform it into functional, empowering flow.

Founded by Yvette Wheeler, a therapist, mediator, spiritual leader, and coach, HRS emerged in response to the rising need for emotionally intelligent conflict resolution in corporate and nonprofit settings. Early in our journey, we discovered that many organizations treated conflict as a liability rather than an opportunity for growth. At HRS, we see it differently.
